The very newest are actually in the ALPHA sets, that is to indicate the set may have unknown bugs. To get a book "uploaded" requires a volunteer to dedicate time to actually "coding" up a book. Best place is to ask if someone can do it for you on the PCGen Y! group. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to make the book yourself. We have a wonderful Y! group called PCGenListFileHelp group for answering those types of questions...
