Summary: Filter for RACETYPE

Initial Comment:
As TYPE in races will be changing here in the 5.13 line, it would be nice for filters for races to move from TYPE tag to RACETYPE.

I understand this is a UI change, but I'd like it to happen before 6.0, since we are going to be breaking usability with the change in data.
