[OpenOCD-user] Flyswatter and OpenOCD error "couldn't write MPSSE commands to FT2232"

Hi,

I debug Pandaboard ES using Flyswatter and OpenOCD. The problem I'm facing
is
when target is in halt state, connection crashes after a while (for example
a minut).
I don't even use GDB, as I'm also having problems with it.
Why is this happening?
