<discussion mail, ftp, etc.> I have been thinking about implementing some simple version control in OmegaT. This requires set up of some cvs or svn server (which is no problem four our projects, but it can be for other users, although there are some free svn servers on the internet). Advantage is that you can obtain a lock on a file. This way you can do turn-by-turn editing of the TMX. e.g. a translator translates, next a corrector corrects. I haven't implemented it yet, due to time constraints and licensing issues with a standard svn library. I don't know if this adds to the discussion, but I thought I let you know. Wbr Martin |
