[OmegaT-l10n] Localization history of OmegaT

On July 15, 2009, Jean-Christophe Helary published 
a list of updates of OmegaT localizations.
The list is apparently quite different from the database maintained on 
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/OmegaT/database

What use is the list of updates then?
