Hi Maria, Ask a Spanish colleague - "tag" is a common word and someone should know the Spanish for it. This glossary: www.telefonica.es/fat/lext.html gives "etiqueta", but I don't speak Spanish so I can't say whether that is correct. You may want to wait now before completing the translation: the developers are about to release a new version, and there will be some more changes to the manual. But if not, go ahead and finish the 1.6.2 manual - it will still be very useful for users of 1.7.2. That's the problem with OmegaT: the translation is a moving target.
