Initial Comment: Hi folks! First at all: great work! I'm just testing the newest demo-version 0.6.9 and am positive suprised. There are some bugs, but I think You will solve these problems in mean time. But now I have a question for the TTS (and may be, this can be relevant for all other modules): I'm working as a consultant in the dp-business. For that reason a TTS should contain some additional category fields like application, system/platform, release-id, etc. In the ticket-overview these (or some of these) fields should be selectable, so that a person can exactly select a specific category, he is reponsible for. Will/would You add a function to specify additional fields and the approriate static data for this field via admin section? If yes, when will be a realistic date for realization/implementation? If no, can You give me an idea, how I can implement by myself (I'm very familar with PHP, so this will not cause really a problem for me) without loosing the possibility of participating in the further development of this module. In general it would be a good idea to implement auto- assignment of tickets to persons according to specific rules defined in the admin section. Once more: grate work!
