Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: grazingadam (grazingadam) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Problems with webmail - HELP!! Initial Comment: Hi, I use moregroupware webmail version 0.7.2 for my organisation and recently I have been experiencing several problems with the programme. Suddenly I am unable to access archived emails received 2 months or longer ago â this error messages appears: This E-mail can not be found on the filesystem, is damaged or possibly in use. Number in Database: message_id=24389 Filename: Disabled for security reasons. As many of these emails contain information I need, I really need to work out how I can read these emails. Also this week another problem has developed where emails that I am sending are not getting through to the recipients even though according to webmail the messages are being sent successfully. I donât really know how the technical support for the webmail works as I inherited this system from a previous administrator but would very much appreciate some guidance as my organisation relies on this system for communications. Also look in the error logs of your webserver, it might be that the user running the webserver has no access to those files anymore (if you changed anything) Franky ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=404019&aid=1510469&group_id=32034 |
