What paths? Not sure what you mean. Python works fine otherwise, e.g. from msys with interactive python shell I can import wxPython (which uses SWIG-built extensions), and metakit (also SWIG-based), however, those two had pre-built binaries (I didn't have to compile the dll's etc).
