Please be patient, if I knew the answer to my problem I would not have sent
the email asking for help.

GLIB was installed and PREFIX is defined for "configure" and I am still
getting this error. I checked the installation and do not see "glib-config".
Is this
a separate install or is it part of the GLIB.
I have Googled for "glib-config" have seem a lot of discussions but have
found the down load. It seems to me there are two scripts for GLIB
configuration "glib-config" & "pkgconfig"
So, I down loaded the "pkgconfig-0.15.0". and tried compling it and now I
get a lot of errors which ends with this

pkg.c:1397: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
pkg.c:1397: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type

make[2]: Leaving directory `/D/Shahriar/pkgconfig-0.15.0'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
