I've created the patch diff files necessary to build binutils for MSYS
and gcc for MSYS.  These patch differences are based on the pristine FSF
source and are therefore rather enormous.  I've uploaded these to
msys/dvlpr/patches so you can obtain them via `cvs update -d patches'
from the msys/dvlpr directory.
