The necessary libraries are probably already on your system, you just need to add the necessary "-lFOO" switches to the link command line (after you figure out which libraries are required). For example, to get dcigettext, you need to add "-lintl". P.S. And please don't remove the list from the addressees when you reply, it forces me to manually add the address.
