It seems to be related to the `automatic alias' feature of the page editor. The `automatic alias' for that page is, IMO, way too long to be practically useful; I turned off the feature when I created that page, and gave it the much more sensible short name shown above; why does the stupid long name keep coming back to trash the page references? If we are going to use `automatic aliases', then we also need to be able to maintain duplicate short form names; if we can't do that, then I think we should disable `automatic aliases' *universally*.
