That's the bundled version with MSYS-1.0.10; there's a separate update
posted, in the technology preview for MSYS-1.0.11, which will give you
texinfo-4.11.  Install it into your MSYS tree; it's likely that it will
work with 1.0.10, but you may be better upgrading anyway.
