You don't do it "in MinGW", you do it in Windows, using the Win32
API. Look up the documentation for CreateFileMapping, MapViewOfFile,
UnmapViewOfFile and CloseHandle. To get the HANDLE for a C library
file descriptor, use _get_osfhandle.

Nowhere (as far as I know), nor should it be. MinGW is not Unix
