If I used GNU Make 3.80, to build my code with -I/usr/local/include gcc cannot find my headers in /usr/local/include but if you compile the same code with the same makefile using GNU Make 3.79.1 it works. Does anyone know why this is, and how I can fix it? Here is exact output of make version: C:\>mingw32-make mingw32-make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
