For the record, CreateProcess() and fork() are not even remotely similar. CreateProcess is like fork-then-exec (or spawnve) under *nix. It starts a new process from scratch at its entry point. There is nothing in the win32 API that comes remotely close to the fork() concept. The windows way of doing things is to use threads.
