Refine the search. If you want to find [L]GPL implementations, add "general public license" to the search terms, for instance. Guessing that localtime_r might be implemented in file localtime.c, I tried searching for localtime_r localtime.c "general public license" and found results that look promising. And strptime.c "general public license" turns up some code that might help for strptime(). Probably you could find current versions more easily in the libc cvs. Whether they depend on other libc facilities I don't know. |
