Dear All, I would like to compile a program with multithread support under windows. I'm using the pthread.h under linux, but when I try to compile it under min= gw/msys, I got these error messages: main.cpp: In function `void Init()': main.cpp:97: `pipe' undeclared (first use this function) main.cpp:97: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each=20 function it appears in.) main.cpp: In function `int main()': main.cpp:123: `pthread_t' undeclared (first use this function) main.cpp:123: parse error before `;' token main.cpp:135: `tid' undeclared (first use this function) main.cpp:135: `pthread_create' undeclared (first use this function) make: *** [main.o] Error 1 I try to find the correct header files, which contains these declarations, = but I can't. The question is that: How can I use threads with pthread and how can I use pipes? I thought, this is more or less portable in linux/windows. May I forget something? Is there documents about this topic somewhere else? Thank you! Bye, Istv=E1n |
