My what a booger to debug.  I'm not going to say that it won't crash.  I 
will say that unless something new crops up that changes are going to be 
hard put for this release number.  I have built a linux targeted mingw32 
hosted binutils several time without a stackdump.  I've done a ``make 
clean'' in the ACE_wrappers directory several times without 
stackdumping.  I did a ``make'' in the ACE_wrappers directory without 
stackdumping but the session blew for some other compiler complaint 
reason.  I've rebuilt MSYS without stackdumping, so hopefully I've put 
an end to most stackdumps.
