Go to www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html
Choose a mirror site.
Download the latest make sources.
If you have Microsoft Visual C++, then you should be able to build mke just like that. Otherwise, you do have a small problem.
If you care to wait a day or so, I'll build it and mail it to you.
