I've created a few custom field types (text area, date, radio, etc), and now I'm attempting to create a checkbox custom field type, using implode and explode. It is possible - I've recently got it working with windows active directory (which does use ldap). There was a discussion on this list in october on LDAP iirc - Have a look back in sf.net archives and see if that discussion helps you. It=B9s in the docs (=8Croot=B9). The best plan would be to create a second administrator and log into it. From there, using the =B3Manage Users=B2 window, select =B3administrator=B2 and disable it. This may seem like a stupid question - but is there a way to turn off the email completey - for Mantis? I see different configuration settings, but they all assume you want mail.
I am using Mantis 1.0.8 on Solaris, in case that makes any difference.

I try to play with Mantis/Svn integration,
It works as expected with ascii log,
but I get an error if the string sent to checkin.php contains an accent (like 'é')
After some googleizations, I think it is due to svnadmin output, witch is converted to OEM charset.
See what is sent in attached [mantisnote_r81.txt] (where 'é' is replaced with a comma) and what is returned in attached [mantis.log].

Hi, I run into the same problems (on Windows NT 4). I added this line into my config file and it worked again: # --- login method ---------------- # CRYPT or PLAIN or MD5 $g_login_method =3D CRYPT; But I found a different problem in this version: On the Advanced Summary page all graphics are displayed except "by reporter" and "by severity. Is this variable, $g_login_method = MD5, set correctly in config_inc.php file? The default SQL script defaults to this encryption method. By default, the $g_login_method is set to CRYPT.
