If so, I think the current (0.7) codebase should implement this, apart from the fact that Java browsing is completely fubared at the moment. I'm working on fixing this, but it's proving to be a long job cleaning up the Perl to make this work right. As far as I can tell, the actual indexing and cross-referencing is working fine, so it's just a matter of getting it to be displayed.
