[ jEdit-devel ] plugins distribution methodology not working

I don't this methodology of releasing plugins is working and
I think new users would think this editor is to buggy to use.

Is there a way to only release a new versions of jEdit only when
all the plugins have been tested and working?

Maybe include the plugins with jEdit and allow the user to 
enable the plugins of choice?
