Yeah, I totally agree with you on that. Even I would probably have skipped it as soon as I saw the "verification through twitter" nonsense, except that I remembered that I actually have an old twitter account. As Mr. Maxwell said below, "I don't do twitter, ...". Personally, I even actively dislike it, so I feel that I need to explain why I have a twitter account :-) I have played SWToR since the beta, and the only thing about it that has annoyed me from the start, is that when the servers are down for scheduled maintenance, they also take down the game site and the forums. This means that the only way to get any information about when the servers are going to come online again is (or was) is to monitor their twitter thread thingy (whatever you call it). And one night when I was waiting for the servers to come online I got a bit irritated and clicked the "create account" button to be able to say something like "if the only posts you are gonna make here is to say every thirty minutes that the servers will be up in max thirty minutes, you might as well be honest and say that you have a serious problem and no idea when it will be fixed." But by the time the account was created, so were the server maintenance. So I don't think that I have ever... "tweeted" (is that what you call it?) at all. Eh, well, in a way I guess that I have... I made a comment on the voting site, and I think that I checked the "also post on twitter" checkbox :-) /Bosse Date: Mon, 10 Jun 2013 08:23:52 -0700 From: ala...@gm... To: ma...@um... It's stupid to force people to register with twitter to vote when everyone interested already has a sourceforge.net account. I don't do twitter, I only program computers ;-) Mike Maxwell ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How ServiceNow helps IT people transform IT departments: 1.
