Initial Comment:
This is a small patch that sets F8 and F9 to the default compile current buffer / run current buffer commands respectively, as well as adds a "first run" message when the Console window is opened for the first time that informs the user of these shortcuts and where to edit compilers and interpreters.

If there are any strong feelings about what the default shortcuts for these actions should be, it can easily be changed, but setting some shortcut and telling the user what they are is, in my opinion, a step that will do wonders for improving jEdit's accessibility for new users.
