Category: texteditor Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Dac Chartrand (conner_bw) Assigned to: Seph M. Soliman (scarlac) Summary: Fix for inconsistent Cut/Paste key bindings on OS X Initial Comment: This patch is for Metal. Although it is trivial to modify for any Look & Feel, I will leave that up to the code reviewers. Based on the solution provided here: http://lists.apple.com/archives/java-dev/2008/Apr/msg00209.html Modified: ./jEdit/org/gjt/sp/jedit/jEdit.java ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 2008-12-11 02:20 Message: This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. For instance, I can't cut & paste in the "Search & Replace" dialogue unless I use the Control key instead of the desired Command key combination. When can we expect this fix in Jedit? Where is the fix in the CVS/SVN? Help? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Seph M. Soliman (scarlac) Date: 2008-08-30 22:02 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=831311 Originator: NO It has been implemented with minor changes and fixes to the upcomming new mac os x plugin. Regards, Seph ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Seph M. Soliman (scarlac) Date: 2008-05-19 11:13 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=831311 Originator: NO I'll take a look at the patch. ATM it looks acceptable to put in the core. Originally I would recommend we put it in the Mac OS plugin but due to some incompabilities with Java 6 and the plugin this may be nescessary to put in the core but will have to be tested before commit.
