Summary: Top line missing when printing without h

Initial Comment:
In jEdit 4.0.3 and 4.1Pre4 at least, if I choose not to 
print headers then the top line of each page isn't printed. 
To be exact, I get about one pixel's worth of the bottom 
of the first line printed at the top of each page.

If I choose to print headers, the pages print normally. 
But I would say that the top line is too close vertically to 
the header. It is as if everything on the page has been 
shifted up by about a line.

In case it's relevant, I'm using A4 paper.
