But I don't use the NT Box any more. So I will not investigate more time in
it.
When I first encountered the error I also suspected the video driver to be
the
reason for the problem. But my PC has a buildin graphic an I didn't find a
newer
driver.

I completely agree and that's what I wanted to say. It's not only a Problem
of
jEdit, because it happens also with e.g. bsh. So the reason must be the
driver/OS/hardware. Of course your explanation is more precise ;-)
