#404 Fixed/customizable size of Search And Replace dialog

The Search And Replace dialog as it is now takes the size and type of font from the TextArea. In the course of running jedit, I often switch between Courier New 17pts and Times New Roman 30pts. In case of Times New Roman, the dialog gets quite big and takes a lot of space on my laptop screen.

I'd like to have a special settings for the Search dialog so it remains the same size and font type no matter what is displayed in the TextArea.
