#324 Add plugin set command-line option

It would be nice if you could specify a plugin set as a command-line option for jEdit to load when launched, so if you use jEdit for different types of coding you could create different launchers for it to load directly into the setup you need.

If there is enough interest in this I can look into creating a patch that would accomplish this.
