The parent preference nodes do not update the pane. A
more desired solution would be to have a pane with
nothing editable, just a name for the section and a
description of what preferences are available.
I would suggest to change the bahaviour of these collapsable
parent nodes so that a single click collapses/expands
instead of selecting the entry and nothing else happens.
