Last year I have compiled one list of 9000 journal names and abbreviations of Biological/Biomedical area called Life Science abbreviations. It is on Resources page of JabRef (http://jabref.sourceforge.net/journals/journal_abbreviations_lifescience.txt). Yours new list are 2X bigger than this old one but as they are compiled from different fonts they probably have some exclusive journals. You could send your list to me and I can merge this two list and check it for redundancies.

Hi guys,

With the help of a friend, I developed a most recent compilation of list of 
journal names and abbreviations in PubMed. Now I am not exactly sure that it 
is exactly formatted as it was supposed to be, so before making it publicly 
available, maybe someone should take a look at it. I am going to send this 
lucky guy(s) a list of more than 20,000 journal names and abbreviations to 
review :). Any volunteers please?
