I use JabRef to create a catalog of books and article in my computer. It is a very useful tool!!!

JabRef + Zotero is my ultimate bibliography management duo.

This is an excellent bibliography manager, especially for those who prefer BibTeX. The program is feature-rich, quite stable, and under constant development.

A variety of well though out export features allow you bibtex databases to work with both LaTeX and other word processors. It is easy enough to use to train typist to use, but has good expandability for power users.

We use it all the time at work to manage 1000s of references. Many thanks to the team who keep maintaining and improving JabRef.

The only reference manager that has a hierarchical group-tree for the classification of the references.
