I can look at the old help files when I'm on a different computer, but the first color was background color, the next the default line/font color, and the following colors were just added to the palette or something, I think? The background option will set the background, as you found. The font/axis/etc. colors can all be specified in their respective "set ..." commands. Set xtics accepts a "textcolor"; set title and set key likewise; set grid accepts a line colorspec; I believe "set border" will accept a line colorspec as well, although it's not documented. The combination of options should let you control the color of every aspect of the plot. |
