plot large errorbars:

unset bars
set yrange [ ... give some reasonable values here ... ]
plot 'kkk' u 1:2 w l,'' u 3:(0):(1.e9) with errorbars pointtype 0

explanation:
using 3:( ... middle of your y-interval ... ):( ... half errorbar
length, long enough to cover the whole y-range ...)
