[Gnuplot-info] How to set starting value, ending value and increment between adjacent values on x-axis?

Currently my x-axis displays the values 2,4,6,8 and 10. 
But I want to set the starting value, ending value and the interval between
them according to my needs. For example, I want to display values
1,2,3,,...10 where starting value is 1, ending value is 10 and increment
between adjacent values 1.
Does anybody knows how is it possible?
