[Gnuplot-info] pm3d map and zrange/cbrange?

Hello,

I have problem with drawing a datafile using pm3d map.

I would like to exclude from the map all points which have z-coordinate
higher than somethnig (e.g. 10). 
If I use set zrange [0:10], also some other points disappear. 
If I use set cbrange [0:10], the points with z > 10 becomes yellow (it
depends on the current palette).
The problem is that I would like to set all the points with z > 10 to some
color, which is not in the palette (e.g. color palette and white excluded
points). It is possible?
