#156 Rifled Muskets

Introduce rifled muskets to the game. Available after a certain time say 1850.

Simply have an upgrade to the Arsenal, and once you have that then it starts making rifled muskets.

As for the effect on combat, either
1. Unit armed with Rifled muskets can fire from two squares away instead of one. If another unit is blocking line of sight then it can't attack the unit further away
2. Just beef up the combat stats for any unit armed with Rifled Muskets
