#152 Colony Trade Good Production

I just read through and didn't see anything about trade goods. I think that a colony should produce trade goods based on the population of the colony and have modifiers related to the amount of professionals in the colony. Also, production should increase based on the individual colonies amount of bell production. The beginning of the free enterprise.
