#2299 Can't start new game when map editor fails

Description:

Opening the map editor fails (related to bugs: 3411737 and 3423960). After that, it's not possible to create a new game.

How to reproduce:

1) Start the game.
2) Click on "Map Editor" (nothing happens)
3) Click on "New" (nothing happens)

The menu entries' name may be wrong (my version is in Portuguese).
