Bill, Do these patches contain everything I need to do look at your changed version? Are they against CVS Head? There are a couple issues here: 1) It would be simpler to test out if you had one comprehensive patch that could be applied to the tree. If you do this, please include explicit instructions on how to apply it, because I (and probably others) forget what the commands are. And it would probably be good to put it on the web/ftp and just email a link to the list. 2) Given the recent instability on CVS head, your patch may be difficult to debug and evaluate. 3) Don't expect too much feedback until your changes are in CVS. Applying patches is a pain. Maybe we could cut a branch on CVS that you could use for this, making it easier for you to hack on and everyone else to get ahold of it. Once the branches both stabilize, you could merge it back into the main branch. Do you know CVS well enough to do this, if we got you CVS access? Stm...
