Ok maybe remove the link as to not confuse people or call it something 
else then "Latest audacity.pot file".

Or maybe write something like "This POT file is for Audacity 2.1.1" or 
something like that.

Lucky thats the one i used.

But it would be a bit sad to work from "Latest audacity.pot file" and 
think you are finised, just to find out that you did not have the latest 
version.
