Hi Min (and Victor): We have what we call Audacity Wiki: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Audacity_Wiki_Home_Page and Audacity Manual (also a wiki): http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Main_Page . It is more important to translate the Manual (to begin with, the Frequently Asked Questions therein) than Audacity Wiki. Is it the Manual you want to sign up to? You can sign up to both the Manual and Audacity Wiki if you want, but they are separate accounts. If you have not seen it yet, this page explains how the Manual is currently translated: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Help:Translating .
