[Audacity-translation] French download problems

We've received three emails in the past few days from
French users, all with emails of the form <name>@wanadoo.fr,
who were unable to download Audacity.

* What is wanadoo.fr?  Is it an ISP or a free email service?

* Is there any reason why wanadoo.fr users would have
   trouble downloading Audacity?  (Is their browser broken
   like AOL's?)

* Would someone who speaks French be willing to contact
   these people and help identify the exact problem?
   (I want more information than "It doesn't work!!!")
   I'll send you their email addresses.
