This file is auto-generated; it looks like somehow it got deleted
but libmad.a didn't get deleted.

Solution: go to the lib-src/libmad directory and run configure and
make again from there.

I know that you use your translation editing tool (i.e. poEdit) to
create an .mo file from a .po file.  Matt can give details on exactly
how this is done.

I'll email you the danish wxstd.po file from wxWindows in a separate
message.  We need to put all of those online.
