Gale, thanks for fixing the links issues in the manual.

Is the bug fix from yesterday, in Sequence::ConvertToSampleFormat(),
tested and confirmed on all platforms, at least for the new bug?

I'm confident it's okay on Win. How about Mac? I committed the fix past
the Mac nightly time, but I think Michael was going to build and test it.

That is, are we ready for the next round of RC's? (The target was 21:00
GMT.) Do we need to wait for the next Mac nightly and do the RC's tomorrow?
