I 'think' it's not > dependant on the Nyquist patch, but haven't checked. I gave it a whirl but only on Win 7. I like losing the Command text box in "Select Command" from a visual point of view - much cleaner, and the selected command is much more obvious because of the highlighting. However, I would still vote when you select a command in "Chain" then double-click or SPACE to edit that you could hit ENTER to edit the parameters straight away as you can now. Is that still possible, given a list item is selected? "OK" seems to have focus as it is now, but ENTER doesn't activate it, either when editing or inserting a command. I tried it with NVDA. When you insert, but not when you edit, it reads "Select Command" twice. When you edit, it doesn't read the selected command (not sure if that is expected). I'm OK with losing the "Parameters" box in "Select Command" given parameters are listed (and read out) in "Chain". A small addition I would find really useful is a button in "Apply Chain" to edit the selected chain. I've lost count how many times I've gone to apply a chain, realised I'm not sure what exactly it does then had to back out to check. Or maybe in Apply Chain, a list of the names of the commands in the chain could be given? Thanks, Gale |
