No, but nothing on that bug tells me that we need .12 - it says we
need .11 to avoid a bug in .10, but we have been on .11 for a while I
think. Did you have a different bug in mind?

Shouldn't be, but I haven't tried to build with .12 yet and my system
copy is still at .11.
