Re: [Audacity-quality] Long threads in Bugzilla.

-1 for taking discussions off Bugzilla. I think -devel is a great place to 
discuss long term goals, and non bug specific items (like release dates and 
processes), but I dislike how it can fragment when discussing specific issues. 
I like having one central area to discuss bug specific issues. If bug 
discussions are getting too long, I see one of two possible fixes:

1) We need to figure out why often discussed bugs are remaining open for so 
long. 

2) If the discussion is going in multiple ways, we need to either make votes 
on where to go, or split the bug into multiple bugs, each representing the 
distinct issues raised in the bug discussion.
